How to register One Person Company

To Register One Person Company we require

1. Digital Signatures (DSC) Of Promoter cum Director or Single Member

2. DIN (Director identification Number) Of Promoter cum Director

3. Apply for Name through MCA portal 

4. Prepare MOA AOA of proposed company under incorporation

5. File the Necessary Documents mentioned as below;

   1. Copy of Pan Card, Aadhar Card of Promoter/Director/Single Member

   2. Copy of Pan Card, Aadhar Card of Nominee

   3. Nominee Consent Form

   4. Electricity Bill/ LPG receipt/ Landline Bill/ Mobile Bill as utility bill compliance

   5. Rent Agreement / Registry Copy of Premises where registered office of the  One Person Company will be situated

   6. Bank Pass Book with latest entry of both single member/director and Nominee

6. Certificate of Incorporation will be issued along with PAN, TAN 

7. Proceed with Bank Account opening of  One Person Company

8. Also get ready rubber stamp and other stationery i.e. letter head etc
